Needed to properly counter the rotation of the crank shaft pulley/harmonic balancer during R&R of crank bolt. Comes complete with the proper 2.5 foot long securing bar. Applicable: Model - Civic, '80's+. Comes complete as shown with an adjustable locator lack pin and a 2.5' long securing bar, which locks onto the head.
