Needed for the proper removal of harmonic balancer pulleys. Due to the confined area within the engine compartment, this sleep tool has been designed to access these pulleys without the need for removal of radiator. Applicable: Chrysler engine - 2.7L & 3.2L, '98+,2.0L, 2.4L & 2.5L, '95+, 3.8L & 8.0L, '94+,3.3L & 3.5L, '97-'93,3.3L, '90+. Mitsubishi Eclipse (2.0L engine) '99-'95. GM/Chrysler Harmonic Balancer Puller
The OTC 6667 is a GM/Chrysler Harmonic Balancer Puller. It features special 3-jaw puller design which allows the removing of Chrysler and GM damper pulleys in tight engine compartments without removing the radiator.
It works on GM, 2000 Generation III 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L and 8.1L V-8s. Also works on Cadillac 4.5, 4.6 and 4.9L V-8s beginning in 1988, Chrysler engines beginning in 1990 thru 2002 can be serviced including 2.0, 2.4 L-4s plus 2.5L, 2.7L, 3.3L, 3.5L and 3.8L V-6s.
